Our founding director arrived in United Arab Emirates for the first time ever on 25 August 2017 with only a belief. Everything thereafter - a journey full of miracles - became a reality as our clients trusted our potential and supported us.
Competing amongst global accounting firms, we won our first assignment for VAT implementation for a leading French Multinational company in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. AskPankaj was born!
Our work brought us in contact with the client’s ERP vendor, a leading company in UAE. The company’s managing director graciously invited us to speak at their pan-emirates tax seminars. We got a platform to share our knowledge and insights to hundreds of companies in the UAE.
A gentleman heard us, probably for an hour maximum, in a closed group tax session. Based on his own instincts and confidence, he recommended AskPankaj to many of his prestigious clients (The best part - without even telling us!). We got introduced to a leading electronic retailer group and the support therefrom over the years has been invaluable in every phase of our journey.
Another kind soul - with whom we connected on LinkedIn - recommended us to a leading multinational manufacturing company in JAFZA. The team therein recommended us further to many more, most of whom embraced us as their family.
Our company’s lanyard also has an interesting role in our journey. Having heard us raising pertinent tax issues at a FTA workshop, personnel from a multinational company wanted to reach out after few months for tax consultation. The memory of ‘AskPankaj’ printed on our lanyard, coupled with the power of internet, helped us connect with them. They are one of our prestigious clients since then.
